lovely :D i've always wanted to go to california... mostly because of the RHCP songs, but yea... I agree, you are on a role. Only comment i have is that the tail could maybe be a bit more smudged and the horses shadow is on the wrong side compared to the cityscape. :D doing great though after so long off!

California is my all time favorite place. My whole family lives over (uncles, aunts, cousins, grandparents, ect.) and were out here by ourselves in Colorado. If you ever visit the US - I would recommend California. Ah tails and manes... my greatest downfall. How do you know where the shadow goes for example in this picture? Because I couldn't find anything for a refrence.

if you look at the sky scrapers, they're darker on the right side. shadows take practise, and at least you remembered to add one at all :P i often forget. just look out for which way the shadow lies on blades of grass or buildings or rocks and use that to judge where the one on the horse should be :) and sometimes it's better to use an eye-drop tool and just draw in the extentions of the mane and tail, they're a jackass for everyone :P
